At a ceremony held recently at the BTS Training Centre, 148 members of the management team from the four core businesses of the BTS Group , consisting of Mass Transit, Property, Media and Service , received share warrants under the BTS Group ESOP 2011 presented by Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas (4th left ), Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited . The purpose of this special staff privilege is to motivate company employees to dedicate themselves to participating in the future business growth of the group and to encourage them to improve work performance, resulting in better returns for the company and shareholders. The ceremony was attended by members of the board and executives of each company.
