Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas, Chairman and Mr. Kavin Kanjanapas, Managing Director, BTS group Holdings Public Company Limited signed on the Credit Facility Agreement to issue Letter of Credit with Mr. Decha Tulanan, Vice Chairman of the Executive Board and Mr. Chartsiri Sophonpanich, President, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited as a security for BTS Group’s issuance of 5-years convertible bonds worth 10 billion baht.
