Regarding the business strategy named 3M: MOVE MIX AND MATCH, BTS Group has been successful in business matching between U CITY Public Company Limited, a BTS Group member, and Advance Life Insurance Public Company Limited.

U CITY Public Company Limited or U City has invested THB 1,500 million to acquire 75 percent shares of Advance Life Insurance Public Company Limited or A-Life, which currently seizes 0.3 percent of market shares in life insurance business. This business acquisition will strengthen both companies and broaden consumer base.
