Today (October 15, 2014), the meeting of the Executive Committee of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (the "Company") passed the following resolutions: (1) to approve the Company to enter into the strategic alliance framework agreement with Sansiri Public Company Limited ("SIRI") to exclusively partner together on the developments of the residential projects for sale located within a 500-meter radius of all rail mass transit stations (existing and future), (2) to approve the establishment of a 50 : 50 joint venture company with SIRI for the first project to be developed under this collaboration, i.e. the residential project for sale on approximately 5-rai (8,000 sq.m.) of land located near BTS Mo Chit Station, and (3) to approve the Company's wholly owned subsidiary to sell approximately 5-rai (8,000 sq.m.) of land to the to-be established joint venture company for a consideration of approximately Baht 1,400 million.
