BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, has recently organized the Annual General Shareholders Meeting 2019 on July 22, 2019 at Bangkok Convention Centre, Central Plaza Ladprao. The Meeting was led by Khun Keeree Kanjanpas (Center), Chairman of Board of Directors, Khun Kavin Kanjanapas (7th from Left), Executive Director and Chief Executive Office and members of Board of Director, to report the results of the BTS Group’s business operation in 2018/19 as well as its future business expansion plan. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved to the dividend payment for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 at the rate of Baht 0.25 per share or equivalent to the dividend to be paid in the amount of Baht 3,139.2million. The Stock Exchange of Thailand will post the XD symbol or ex-dividend date on July 30, 2019. The total dividend payment is at the rate of Baht 0.42 per share or equivalent to the total dividend payment in the amount of Baht 5,152.5 million. The Company made an interim dividend payment to the shareholders on February 1, 2019 at the rate of Baht 0.17 per share.
