Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas, Chairman of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTS) granted life insurance policies for doctors and nurses worth THB 50 million; life insurance policies for nursing assistants, medical techniques and radiological techniques worth THB 10 million; funds to support and heal the Village Health Volunteers (Or Sor Mor) worth THB 10 million. This grant aims to encourage and reward the good deeds of all 400,000 health personnel and 1,040,000 village health volunteers who are the main forces of the country in dealing with the outbreak of the Covid-19. In this regards, General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister and Minister of Defense was the chairman of delivering life insurance policies to medical and public health personnel as well as the fund to provide support and remedies to the village health volunteers, witnessed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health, Anutin Charnvirakul. The ceremony was organized on April 24, 2020, at Santimaitri Building, Government House.
