Prof. Charoen Wattanasin (left), member of Corporate Governance Committee, BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited recently received a Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) certificate membership, together with 19 companies, presented by Mr. Krirk-Krai Jirapaet, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) on the occasion of the company has met the commitments to the CAC declaration on anti-corruption by putting in place good business principles and control against bribery. The award ceremony was held at the Ballroom of the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit Hotel.
