BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited has been assessed as “Excellent” in Corporate Governance for ten consecutive years by The Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The IOD assessed a total of 716 Thai listed companies in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2021. This showcases the Company’s commitment to business growth on the basis of good governance and sustainable development, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders involved.
