Bangkok: BTS Group will hold “Abstracts Slowcation Showcase”, offering special deals during March 14-20, 2013 at Central Plaza Ladprao, aiming to boost sales revenues of Abstracts Phahonyothin Park Tower A to reach 90% from currently almost 80% and plan to launch Tower B by this year.

Mr. Rangsin Kritalug, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, BTS Group Holdings Plc, disclosed that regarding to one of four businesses, as property developer under management of BTS Assets Co Ltd, there are currently two projects with brand “Abstracts”, namely Abstracts Sukhumvit 66/1 and Abstracts Phahonyothin Park Tower A.

Abstracts Sukhumvit 66/1 was completed its construction and ready to move-in while Abstracts Phahonyothin Park Tower A has been sold out almost 80% from totally 1,012 units. Presently the construction is finished almost 100% and starts ownership transfer since end of last year.

For the next step of Abstracts Phahonyothin Park, it plans to hold “Abstracts Slowcation Showcase” with special offers, aiming to boost its sales to 90%. Once the target reaches, the company will launch Tower B which expected to be launched soon. Abstracts Slowcation Showcase will be held during March 14-20, 2013 at VDO Wall, G Floor, Zone C, Central Plaza Ladprao, which located opposite to the project location.
