            On 16 June 2017, Northern Bangkok Monorail Co., Ltd. and Eastern Bangkok   Orange Line (Eastern & Western)
            Monorail Co., Ltd., our subsidiaries, signed contracts with Mass Rapid Transit   Bidding for civil works construction of the Orange line has been split into East
